Great little convertible couch, terrible seller/shipping experience
This is a great little couch. I cant tell you how much I love it! It is one of my most favorite furniture purchases ever! Its like a mini sectional that can be converted to a couch and ottoman.
I rent a room and the landlord had no living room furniture. Everyone stays in their rooms and only comes out to go to the kitchen. I asked if I could put some furniture in the living room and my landlord said yes. The thing with renting rooms is having to move more often than most people for various reasons. This means that in 6 months, I might have to move and put this sofa in my room.
The size and versatility were a no/brainer, but I was worried about the quality. I had read previous complaints about gaps in the cushions. They must have improved that because there are no more gaps. The cushions are firm and seem like they will last quite awhile without sagging. There are 6 feet that support the couch and it feels substantial when you sit on it. Its not plush and squishy, but it is very comfortable.
You may be asking why I gave this couch 3 stars, instead of 5. Well, there are several reasons. 1) The couch is more of a dusty than a . I was lucky that this sofa went with my decor so I wasnt too upset, but if you want , this is not the couch for you. 2) The couch came in 2 boxes that arrived over a week apart. It was not fun having 1/2 of a couch taunting me from my living room. 3) Lastly, and the most important. I ordered the couch on Nov. 30th and the estimated delivery date was Dec. 4. This is a very reasonable timeline, but the seller changed it twice after I ordered it. They didnt even ship the second box until Dec 13th. I contacted this company several times and they could not tell me when it would be shipped or offer an explanation why it was late. They just offered me 20 as compensation, if I were to refuse the 2nd half and return the first. Well, that was out of the question because I wanted the couch and, even if I didnt, there was no way I could re/pack the first box, haul it to my car, fit it in my car snd take it to wherever to get returned. I could barely get the box in the door myself.
I finally got the couch on Dec 15th.
It was easy to assemble and went together quickly.
