This couch came in 2 boxes. It was very easy to assemble took about 20 mins with me and a friend. The cushions come in a vaccum sealed packaging so they will be flat for a couple of hours but a little fluffing up will work!! I honestly surprised at how easy it was to put together and it looks great.
