This couch is nice. Comfortable, great for a small place, and easy to put together. There was a strong fabric smell that made me sick. Ever time I sat in my sinuses would run. I sprayed the covers with Febreze, washed the covers, and aired out the covers. That small would not go away. I was going to send it back and had everything ready to go.
The Customer Service Department contacted by email the next day. We were able to work everything out. The smell was coming from the foam. Customer Service is great. I can not complain. The smell was coming from the foam of the couch. The foam is new and you might need to let it air out first.
