The two stools I ordered came just as pictured. They look awesome. They could use a little more cushion, but otherwise are quite nice.
I was missing the hardware for the second stool due to the box coming open during shipping. The company shipped the second set of hardware out for me so I was able to t the second stool together. They also took care of another small issue very quickly.
