Bed arrived missing some parts. Customer Service promptly sent a replacement that arrived in few days.
Some parts have clear defects... I managed to repair the twisted ribbon...but the headboard has a clear defect I cannot fix. This should have never passed QC in the plant. Assembly was reasonable with a very annoying quirk in the trundle bed... I had to improvise to be able to finish the project. Again, unacceptable when you use CNC for all manufacturing steps.
Overall, looks sturdy and solid...will test.
