I was a little nervous about buying furniture online, but this expert has completely changed my mind. The couch arrived a week early and while its box was severely damaged, the couch inside was still fine. Upon assembling the couch I found that one of the pieces was damaged but still usable. I contacted customer support and it was the most positive customer support experience I have ever had. They had to ship me a new couch which came in only two days and they picked up the damaged couch. Overall, a very pleasant experience with the manufacturer. The couch itself is very comfortable and the perfect size for me. It comfortably seats two people and I find that it is big enough and comfortable enough for me to nap on it by myself. Definitely would buy furniture from here again.
