I have a narrow door to the basement and a small area so getting a couch in there was tricky. This arrived quickly and I was pretty easily able to get it inside myself and put it together. Its firmer than i would prefer and the bottom cushions cannot be removed but I am very pleased with it. Looks nice and works well for me and my 70 pup
