I didn't recieve it until a month after it was supposed to be here but customer service was very helpful and put up with my irritation with grace.
It ended up being so worth it. Super easy to put together. The storage drawers are much bigger than expected. If I had a complaint, I suppose it would be that the drawers are difficult to shut in a way that they are flush with the bed.
