havent slept on it yet as this is for the guest room and am awaiting for the mattress. However, it seems that I will need to place a .25 inch of plywood on top as I do not have a box spring and it will be only a 12 thick memory foam mattress / the rods across the frame are round and it seems it would indent the mattress.
I just want to give a tip to those who have posted a review on the difficulty of aligning screws and holes. Follow the first instruction /DO NOT TIGHTEN SCREWS UNTIL THE END. Thats it. It was assembled in less than 30 minutes by one person and everything aligned.
I will be posting some more as it is used.
Will check on the squeaky complain.
