    Worst experience ever

    I bought this couch and it came in a timely manner however, upon opening each box I realized how wrong I was for buying this couch. The color and material looked nothing like the pictures and this couch is so small it should be for children. But since I made the decision to buy it I decided to just put the thing together. I put half of it together then realized one of the side arms did not fit in the designated hole. I tried ever possible way to make it fit but it simply did not. Then I realized the wood panel inside of the arm was broken, very cheap. Anyways, after this I contacted the seller to ask if I could please return this couch because of the damages and the quality I did not want the couch anymore. They replied to me and asked if I wanted to keep the couch and they would send me a new arm. I replied that it really was not what I expected and I would just like to return the whole thing. I didnt even open half of the boxes. They then said they would give me $50 and a new arm if I would keep the couch. I said absolutely not Im going to buy a different couch and I want my money back. They then offered me $230 dollars to keep the couch and re sell it. I paid almost $1200 for this couch and nobody would buy this couch for more than 500 after seeing it so I refused. They also mentioned that the shipping would be too expensive to ship back. I asked them how much the shipping was and offered to pay the price of the shipping if they give me a full refund. They did not respond to this. I then was getting so frustrated that I offered them to give me $500 and the new arm to keep the couch. Then get this! They said as our profit is really low, $500 is really high for us to afford then they offered me $400 instead! After this I was furious because now they are trying to hustle me. So I went to the page on to double check the return policy and I messaged them back stating their return policy and I would be making a call to in the morning. When I woke up and checked my email they gave me a full refund for the whole amount and asked me to please not send back the couch. So now Im stuck with a defective couch in my garage that no one will buy….
