Its a good couch a bit of work was needed for me to be what I wanted
Ive had the couch for a few weeks now. Its a beautiful couch. I had a few issues assembling. It did not come with the washers and the screws to connect the two pieces. I contacted customer service and I was sent the missing pieces. One cushion was not as fluffy as the others so after reading someone elses review on here I bought padding, cut it to size and added it to that one cushion and it feels just as good.
The cushions need a bit of time without sitting on to fluff up when taken out of the packaging and the wrinkles eventually disappear. It is close to the ground so will be buying risers to make a bit taller. My vacuum fits under with ease so cleaning is nice.
