are the wrong size for the frame / limited support available
First the good / shipping was fast and the frame arrived undamaged.
Setup was easy and fast until the last step.
Now the bad. The are all 2 too short for the frame. The is no way to contact the company. No toll free number to call to request replacement parts. All offers is to get a replacement and return what I received. Well thats not a good option. Box weighs over 60lbs and I really dont feel like struggling to get that re/packed and shipped back to .
Update: had to get another whole box sent to me to get the . Thankfully they were correct the second time. Shipped bad the bad one.
