Item arrived today box was a lil taxed but all pieces were present an accounted for - took me about an hr to put together myself but I was watching Harlem Nights in the process lol - easy assembly did not receive screws for hooks (not sure if I was suppose to) every screw was lettered an I was left w one screw from each bag once product was put together so I just gorilla glued them (the hooks) onto the 2 wooden pieces provided - very nice piece imo thx seller.
