I ordered these to fit in a small guest room for extra sleeping space. I assembled them myself (one 60 year old woman) in a couple of hours with just a few mis-steps from the picture-only instructions from China. Not quite as heavy duty as I had hoped. When a full-size adult climbed the ladder to the top bunk, the bed felt as though it might try to pull over, but it did not lift off the ground. For the price, it is a great choice.
