I was on the fence about this bed after going through the reviews. I dont know what these people are expecting but the directions are clear. Each piece is numbered and all hardware come in their own bag and are also labeled. I didnt have one problem during the assembly and all pieces were there. I also found this same bed at Ashley furniture for nearly 200 more. Buy this one and save some money.
