I am quite perplexed by the high ratings. Good things first
/This is packed very nicely. Chances of getting damaged during shipping is pretty minimal.
/ Shipping was through FedEx ground, and fast for a furniture delivery.
/ The made of MDF, it is remarkably sturdy.
The bads now
/ The parts though packed right, had one of them broken. Please see the picture.
/ The have half an inch gap between them. Again please see picture. This does not cause any functional problem but does not look nice.
/ assembly, usually the doors took a lot of tweaking and very cumbersome.
Looking at so many good rivews, I would only assume that the product is a hit or miss. And I got a bad one.
I was planning to get a desk from them because I like the color and size , but now I have to rethink.
