    Most fun way to exercise, in love with it!!

    Almost strictly for health benefits, especially the lymph system. Am 74 now, used to climb mountains, no longer do but remaining healthy the most important aspect in my life besides friends and family. And its so much fun. Using tramp and a healthy diet is what its all about
