The mini/trampoline is easy to assemble (no tools necessary), and is sturdy. I am 82 and stationary cycle as well as walk, but I wanted the tramp to go to when I have sat too long (reading or watching movies). Ten or 15 minutes every hour is great for cardio and bone density. I feel secure on it which is important to me.
