I LOVE this rebounder, but it took me awhile to be able to use it. The instructional videos show a woman opening up the folded spring/loaded base by herself, but that was not my experience. I had two links that needed to be adjusted and I couldnt do it without help. It took us two adults working together to adjust the links and successfully open the trampoline base. After that, the remainder of the assembly was easy.
This is not a one/person job!
