We dont usually write reviews but wanted to mention and recognize the stellar customer service provided by the manufacturer. We had an issue twice with our trampoline and both times the company was very responsive and took care of our issue in the best possible way and quickly. Our 7/year/old son keeps this near the TV and it is a great outlet especially during the winter when the kids have lots of energy. I hope to use it more this winter as well for cardio workouts.
