    Could be better. And now a update !

    This was suggested for me when my bone density test came back not great. ( and I walk 4/5 miles every day, for most of my life) Pros: Rebounding is a great way to help, its proven. Im 63 and I wanted something to grab, if I needed it. Has a bar, that you can move to be comfortable for your height. Cons: The holes are not aligned. My husband has to drill, hasnt yet. It moves at the bar, he will also have to find a way to make it stable. The area is not big. Very easy for your foot to go off where springs are. Doesnt have a great bounce. Almost too light. Im 56 and 134 pounds. My opinion: if your young, you dont need the bar. Size is okay. Under 150 pounds a must. If you are older or need to have something to grasp in case, weight is more than 150, and dont have someone who can fix things. Find a better one. I dont recommend this one. Update the company has reached out to me about my issue. They sent free, a whole bar and side rails. That is what customer service is about ! I will change my rating to a 5.
