I added this to my fitness equipment as a fun way to move after my main workouts. I dance around on it while listening to music. It helps to keep me doing high impact type movements without the high impact on the ground. I have not set up the hand rail yet but it is very sturdy without it. I purchased it when it had a nice discount coupon so the value for me was great. I had a full size trampoline when I was younger so this brings back some fun memories too!
