UPDATE: Since this original post, has proven themselves to really care about their product as well as customer satisfaction. They went out of their way to correct any issues I had. As a result, I purchased 2 more for gifts! Thank you , for your support. The rebounder is sturdy, stable, safe and an enjoyable way to keep fit.
