    Love this

    fun workout and there are many 5, 10, 15, 20 workouts on YouTube to bounce to. If im running short on time, even a 5 min workout is a butt kicker on this. its super sturdy. love it! and im not ashamed to say im keeping the handle bar on. im an athlete, yet more than once a workout my arse bumps against this, so it helps get me back to center!
