I dont like the bar. Im 56 and an American size 12/14. The bar gets in the way when I exercise. I ended up just taking it off. It was great after. I thought Id need the bar for balance.turns out I didnt.
I changed my review from 3 stars to 5. I was very pleasantly surprised to find out that the company actually reads the reviews. The sales team provided another option that didnt require the bar and sent it to me FOC. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to get in shape on a budgetor to anyone who wants to shop with a company where customer service isnt dead. Thanks !
