5 Star Customer Service, 3 Star Product

UPDATE/Weeks now I have been going back and forth with Customer Service. Upfront, I respect their Customer Service Team (5 Stars in my book) because they have taken ownership of the issue and done everything they can to remedy the problem. They even sent a replacement trampoline which upon its first use also exhibited the same problem of legs shaking loose. So, the problem is not Customer Service, the problem is the leg design and manufacturing needs improvements made to it that will not allow this problem to happen. If anyone out there is having the same problem, my recommendation is to put a bonding agent that will slow down the process of the legs coming loose, but will inhibit your ability to fold up the trampoline for storage. PREVIOUS REVIEW/ Easy to put together, true. After my first week of use, for safety measure, I check the legs before each use to make sure they are tightened and not loose. Why? Because after about 10/15 minutes of doing a light/medium workout, the legs become significantly loose. I found out that around 20 minutes, the legs start falling off. Im about 180 lbs, which is far from its weight limit, working out on a level gym matso I dont believe I am causing circumstances that are outside of the advertised ability of this product. I now set a timer for 15 minutes and interrupt my workouts so that I do not break the trampoline, or worse, break my neck!
