Ive never liked cardio exercise machines, but this is really fun! Its low impact, too. Now theres an 80s dance party in my apartment every day, and Im getting the cardio exercise I need without going to a gym. The bar is great if you need to keep or regain your balance; just resting your palm on it provides extra stability. Its very stable, as long as youre not jumping too high (this is not for bouncing up to the ceiling or doing tricks!) and its pretty quiet. Sometimes the springs squeak a little, but nothing obnoxious. I have mine sitting on an area rug. I have not tried to fold it up for storage; it looks like youd have to take the legs and support bar off first, which would be a pain if you had to do it frequently.
If you hate cardio machines but love dancing
