    Fun jumping!

    This is the bestest idea for keeping active before, during and whenever we wont have to stay at home! Its great for seniors because you can bounce with very little effort for 5 minutes and it gets you breathing and gets the heart pumping. Once you get started youll want to keep going//a few minutes more, and more And it actually is easy on the joints (especially the knees!). Id recommend this piece of equipment for anyone to add to their exercise routine. The trampoline is very sturdy and portable. If your place is small it does take up a bit of space. But so what?
