    i am an overweight older person and dont walk or exercise much. but i have found that i put the trampoline in a place where i see it all the time. i find myself getting on it often. just bouncing at first but every so often i have actually had my feet leave the surface! yeah me! i am hoping to actually eventually get to jumping!
