Bought this couch and I'm very happy with my purchase. The shippers brought it right in (and down the steep stairs!) into my basement apartment. It comes well protected in a bag and wrapped in some protective wrap inside the box. I was a little concerned about how I was going to get it out of the box because I was by myself, but I just laid the box down and essentially slid/pushed the couch out, flipped it up on it's back side, screwed on the legs, and flipped it upright. The whole process took me 20 minutes maximum, so if you have two people I bet it would take even less. The fabric of the couch is very very soft, and very comfortable. It's not a couch that you sink into, which I was a little concerned about because my previous couch was one like that. However, there's just the right amount of give in the cushions, and it's the perfect length for lying down on (I'm 5'6). Definitely recommend.
