It is not the most comfortable piece of seating if you plan on studying or working from that location for a prolonged period of time but it is functional, light and easy to assemble while being aesthetically pleasing. It would work well for individuals in a studio who still wanted a couch type of seating. Fits 2 people comfortably (or in my case, myself, an obese cat and an oversized German Shepherd. It's held up well since ordering in in March and its easy enough to clean.
