The package arrived with the back piece torn. I have reached out to the manufacturer to hopefully get a replacement piece. This is my second order, after my initial order was cancelled due to damage during shipping, one day before delivery.
I will update this review once I have received a response on whether they will replace it or not.
Other then the ripped velvet, value-wise this couch is great. Velvet is soft, and cushions are semi-firm but comfortable. They are spring based. It is easy to configure and if one piece wasnt damaged in transit I would give it five stars.
