Very disappointed! Firstly, couch took long to come in due to needing to be restocked, and no communication from the company until it had already shipped. Box came in and appeared to look fine, even though I know some other reviews say theirs came damaged. I was so excited to have this in my apartment as this was for my new apartment. Just had the chance to set it all up, and the second I do, I see all the scratches and messed up rips in the velvet! Thought it might come out with time, but its the fabric itself that is damaged! Not only that, but there appeared to be a mystery spot on one of the cushions. I know the cushions came vacuum sealed, but many of the reviews showed that the ripples would come out with time, but its been over a week and the ripples are still extremely visible! Defective material. Was so excited for this couch and now just very sad that any time I turn a light on the imperfections are noticeable no matter what!
