Its off/white very creamy. I was expecting a brighter white, so I was a bit disappointed. How do you return something like this? You dont. And thats on me for taking my chances. But its also very wobbly. However, my daughter likes it enough and it was fairly inexpensive, so I figure you get what you pay for. They really should consider having an actual access where the ladder meets the top rail. Thats been my daughters only complaint. Kind of harder to get down when you have to climb over the rail.
