I purchased two of these beds ( with workstation) for my 13 and 17 year old boys. The instructions were very easy to follow and it wasnt too difficult to put together. As some has mentioned in other reviews, the ladder can be a little uncomfortable on your feet. Were just planning on getting some pool noodles in order to provide some relief.
The only issue we had was that one of the workstation tops was damaged during shipping that wasnt visible until opening. s solution was to return the entire product and then theyd replace it. Unfortunately, the workstation is in a completely different box and is supposed to be installed after the bed is together. So you can imagine that I wasnt happy with the option of having to completely disassemble the bed in order to return everything simply for the workstation surface board. I ended up contacting the seller directly and they were outstanding to say the least. They promptly sent me a replacement and let me keep the damaged surface. I cant stress enough how great their customer service was! If youre looking for a with a desk underneath then look no further.
