This product is very nice. It appears to be made out of real wood and I expect it to be sturdy. I called customer service today because one of the screws is bent and wont screw in properly. The hassle of customer service is annoying and turned me away from purchasing any additional products. I read a review prior to purchase which indicated a similar experience and didnt think much of it - wow, they were right!
