You can see in my previous review that we had a severely dented panel. refers you to the manufacturer to have it dealt with. The manufacturer no longer makes this bed, so they could not replace the piece. ORDER WITH CAUTION. Weve had the bed set up for a little over a week and the ladder is already bending (from a 45 pound kid) and there are huge scratches in the finish from very little use. Its cheap metal, for sure!!
AWESOME!!! Exactly what Ive been holding out for. My 5 year old son loves this! Its huge, fits him and all of his toys comfortably lol and is very sturdy. Im a single mom and it took me a little under 2 hours to put this together. One piece came pretty dented, and is replacing it with no charge! Quality company, quality product.
