After a particularly strong windstorm in our area and someone (me) forgetting to lower the umbrella, it sustained significant damage to the a couple of aluminum ribs and the disk shown in the photo. Rather than sending the umbrella to the landfill, I thought I would attempt a repair. I contacted customer support through their website asking is they could supply the parts needing replacing. To my surprise, they said they could! They quickly shipped them free of charge, including shipping. Cant ask for better service than that! They also provided very helping advice on how to go about with the repair. I would definitely recommend this product to others. Its very well made and easy to use. Although the description on s site for this product describes it as windproof, it is clearly not. But then again, no umbrella is in my opinion.
