Aside from virtually no instructions, this is a very nice umbrella, once I figured out how to take the packing out from the inside and manipulate the crank. The color seems more of a tan to me that it looks in the photos but I can work with it. As others have suggested, make sure you buy the matching water/filled base (even though the base expensive!). The umbrella is very large and unwieldy and came close to tipping over when I tried out the setup inside. I am sure that you would have difficulty with it tipping over in any kind of outside breeze without the accompanying base. With the base it seems very sturdy.
