Our petite teen finds it very comfortable while I (average built) only find it somewhat comfortable. So size and weight may have something to do with it.
It smelled of moth balls or something as strong. I steamed cleaned it and aired-it-out in the garage. It took nearly 3 months and repeated steaming for the smell to dissipate.
