For some odd reason whenever I get into bed there is a very loud click noise coming from the middle slat of the frame. I contacted customer support and told me I would have to send the entire frame back, which is more of a pain than the noise. But it seems it is coming from maybe a faulty plastic bushing that holds the slat in place. Sort of disappointed because its otherwise a great frame for the price. Just very irritating to hear a loud click/bang/thud noise every time I simply get into bed.
