You get what you pay for.

I bought this recliner 23 months ago. It has done exactly what it said it would do. It is comfortable and nice looking. Aside from that it is not going to hold up for years like furniture made in the 50s and 60s, but it will last 5 to 10 years with good care. Ive had to touch up a few spots with vinyl repair because of grandkids and a very annoying cat. I just recently had to contact customer service because I pinched the heat and vibrate controller and rendered it useless. This is something you need to be aware of and be careful youre not coming down on the cord. I contacted customer service to see if I could get a new controller. They let me know it was out of warranty and it would be $25. I was okay with that. The first one they sent was a badly reconditioned controller. Upon receipt I contacted them to let them know I wasnt happy. They immediately sent out a brand new controller. So to sum it up, the chair is exactly what you paid for, nothing more, nor less. Their customer service on the other hand is top notch. If youre looking for something to last 20- 50 years dont buy it, but if you need a lift chair with heat and massage for your elderly parents its a good investment.
