After 3 days, everything works except the upper back vibrator. Overall, very pleased with design, assembly and function.
Instructions for assembly: Wiring connections are not well pictured or explained. This leads to confusion. I am experienced in equipment electrics and figured it out, only after going over the visual representation about 4 times.
Be sure to route the power wires UNDER the frame and away from pinch points. Instructions do not mention this important point. Lay at floor level behind the chair and operate the raise/lower remote slowly as you check that no wires will get pinched and crushed during operation.
