This a very, very comfortable chair. The heat is great. The massage is nice but loud. The chair is easy to assemble but be very careful with the electrical connections. The diagrams and instructions are a bit confusing.
My biggest complaint is that it came in 2 boxes. I got the 1st box right away. The second box sat 40 miles away for 6 days.
