For the money, this recliner is well worth the price. That said, there are pros and cons which I can attest to, and caveats as well. The product is comfortable, and stylish and very affordable; It is also on the small side, and will be difficult for a large person to be comfortable ( tall and/ or heavy ). I have only had it for a short time, so I cannot comment on durability, although it appears to be adequately built (again, you get what you pay for). I believe the recliner is manufactured in Vietnam, so there is a long initial transit distance, and my recliner was shipped from a Houston warehouse. When I unpacked the box (very thin cardboard), there was a small hole in the upper armrest that occurred in transit (Im nor sure, perhaps Fedex was the problem). I contacted the company through , and they were very responsive. They shipped a new recliner, minus the back portion to me within a few days. There was no shipping damage, however, the arms had very little padding in the front, and strange raised pad like patches in both arms. Again, customer service was excellent, and offered me another bottom, or a partial refund. I took the partial refund., as I didnt want to go through this again. Moral of the story, you really do get what you pay for. If you are lucky enough to get a product with no damage or defects, it is well worth the money. Im not so sure I would order an inexpensive product again, and expect some wonderful recliner coming out of a box. If you do, I can say this company does stand behind the product if there is a problem.
