I bought two of these chairs and I'm extremely happy with them. They shipped promptly, arrived quickly, and were assembled in a heartbeat. They're comfortable but firm (for those with a cranky back) and look terrific on either side of an end table. The fabric is beautiful--dark enough that they won't show dirt. They look great with my brown suede sofa. This was my first online purchase of furniture, so I was nervous, but I'm delighted with these chairs and would buy them again!!! If there was a surprise, it was the fact that the assembly was a breeze--I needed a second person to help me get the base out of the box, and one person needs to hold up the chair back while another guides two brackets into tracks on the base. Screw in the 4 legs and you're all set to take a seat and read a book!
