Excellent Quality / Quick Helpful Customer Service
I received my Nomad Platform Twin bed on time and it was well packaged. All of the wood was of superb quality and the instructions for putting the bed together were spot on. I did email customer service at 2:44 PM about a request to see if they could make custom legs that were taller than the out of the box legs (15) and at 3:15 PM Alan replied back and let me know that they actually sell 18 leg kit on their website and provided a link to the kit. The pricing of the kit was much cheaper than trying to buy inferior poplar wood at Lowes and making my own 18 legs plus they provided free shipping on the kit. Very pleased...not used to such great customer service nowadays. I also purchase the trundle bedframe and I am equally impressed with it. Should I have additional furniture needs I will consider the brand as a first choice! Also check out the pricing directly fromframes.com. I could have saved a total of $40 for both the trundle and twin bed if I had bought directly froms website...lesson learned.
