We recently purchased this 3 in 1 Sleeper Chair bed and it was a great decision and addition to our room. We needed something that didnt take up as much space as a traditional bed, but just as comfortable, and this is it.
We did have some assembly issues, the holes in the frame were not lining up with the holes in the chair in order for all 4 screws (2 in the front and 2 in the back) to secure the chair to the frame. However, we contacted and their customer service was exceptional. After understanding the issue, they immediately sent out a new chair and frame that we were able to line up and screw in. Esrights customer service and communication definitely made this experience worth it.
With the convenience of the chair, the glide to turn it into a bed, and the comfort of the chair, we give it 5 stars and are happy with our purchase.
