Its definitely better than the that came with our sofa bed but not the most comfortable . I was concerned after reading reviews that we would have trouble folding up the couch with this , but we have never had an issue. We also never smelled whatever smell some reviews mention. Overall Id say if your looking for an occasional use cheap upgrade. This is a good product. If you plan to use this more frequently, maybe go with something else.
