I have been looking for an affordable couch for my apartment at college and came across this one. I was very iffy after reading the reviews because of the complaints of cheap quality, shipping issues, chemical smell, etc. I finally decided to order it because it was convenient that it could be shipped to me, looks cute in the pictures and because it had over 56 of 5 star reviews. I also figured if I did not like it that I could ship it back.
First off, tracking was a mess. They only gave me one tracking number so I got one package and was concerned with where the other half of the couch was. Then the other half came.
When starting to unpackage everything, I could definitely smell the chemical smell that everyone was talking about, as well as the poor quality.
It was an easy setup, but as I was putting the two parts together I realized that one of the pieces to hold it together was fault.
Overall, it seems like it will be okay to use for now, but I definitely do not think that these materials were worth 375. I would send it back, but it would cost be half as much as the couch itself. It is not good quality, unorganized shipping method and faulty pieces involved in this set up, but it will do the job for now. Hope this helps!
